Description

Pre-Employment Polygraph Examination RFP # 20-1583

The City of Calgary (The City) is seeking a proponent with qualified and experienced polygraph examiner(s) to conduct Pre-Employment Polygraph (PEP) examinations on an “as, if and when needed” basis to support The City’s recruitment process.

The City intends to enter into one (1) Agreement for the provision of the Deliverables. The Agreement will be for a Term of two (2) year(s). The Agreement may be renewed, two (2) time(s) for two (2) Year(s) each time. The total term is not to exceed six (6) Years.

The Agreement will not include a POC

Each polygraph examiner proposed must meet the following mandatory requirements to receive consideration:

1. Confirmation of certification by the Canadian Police College (CPC) Polygraph School or an Accredited Polygraph Association.
2. Confirmation of membership in good standing with the Canadian Association of Police Polygraphists (CAPP).
