This Notice of Intent (NOI) is issued by The City of Calgary (The City) of its intent to enter into a contract with Infor (Canada), Ltd for Infor Public Sector (IPS) software licensing, upgrade, on-going maintenance and support for the next six (6) years.

Background Information:
Infor Public Sector (IPS) software formerly known as Hansen, was originally implemented by The City of Calgary Roads Business Unit (Roads) in 2006 with Hansen Information Technologies Inc. Hansen Information Technologies was acquired in 2007 by Infor (Canada), Ltd who is the sole provider of IPS software for licensing, upgrade, on-going maintenance and support.
