Supply and Delivery of Cots and Sleeping Bags. RFP# 20-1768
The City is seeking proposals for the supply and delivery of
Schedule A: 3,133 cots and;
Schedule B: 1,670 sleeping bags
Both to be delivered by October 31, 2021.
Additional quantities may be purchased on “an as required basis”.
Proponents who are interested in this RFP are to submit a response to one (1) or both of the mentioned schedules. Each Schedule needs to be submitted as its own bid to easily identify which schedule the Proponent is submitting a response to.
Each schedule will be evaluated as a separate opportunity. Proponents are invited to bid on Schedule A and/or Schedule B as it relates to their expertise.
The Agreement will be for an initial Term of two (2) year(s). The Agreement(s) may be renewed one (1) additional time for four (4) years. Total length of Agreement is not to exceed six (6) years.
