Calgary Recreation (CR) Pool Water Treatment Supplies
 
The City of Calgary, Calgary Recreation, is seeking proposals from interested vendors for supplying pool water test reagents and water treatment chemicals.

Supply and delivery of pool water treatment supplies on an as needed basis to 14 Aquatic Sites but not limited to only Calgary Recreation.

The highest rated proponent will be requested to enter an Agreement with The City for the provision of the Deliverables. The term of the Agreement may include a Proof of Concept, with an option in favour of The City to renew the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for an initial term of up to one (1) years. After the initial term, The City will have an option to renew the Agreement on the same terms and conditions for two (2) additional two (2) years terms for a potential total term of six (6) years. 

This procurement process is not intended to create and will not create a formal legally binding bidding process and will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations.
