Description

The City of Calgary requires support for the service, maintenance, repair and replacement for the electrical systems in our 500+ buildings. The Supplier will receive work orders to address the following;

1. Interior and exterior lighting repair, replacement and upgrades including controllers
  - Work includes but is not limited to; Lighting systems, fixture, ballast, controls, parking lot lighting poles, base, raceway and cable repairs and replacements, and lighting studies.
2. Electrical panel distribution repair, replacement and upgrades
  - Work includes but is not limited to; Main distribution centres, motor control centres, surge protection, capacitor banks, high voltage systems, co-generation systems and transformers
3. Interior and exterior electrical system maintenance and upgrades including; devices, wiring, raceway maintenance and upgrades
