Description

RUN2 is to be completely demolished and debris removed. This is to include:

Demolition and removal of all CHC buildings and structures at RUN2. To include all building foundations and footings.
Demolition and removal of all site infrastructure such as plumbing, shallow and deep storm and sewer, electrical and gas.
Demolition and removal of all asphalt parking, concrete sidewalks, site fencing, and lighting.
Contractor is responsible for all site utility disconnects (Electrical & Gas).
Contractor is responsible to work with City of Calgary to cap main water line to site.
Contractor to complete a Public Protection Site Safety Plan as per City of Calgary.
Contractor is responsible for all City of Calgary permits and fees
Contractor is responsible for any Hydrovacing and/or Environmental permits or disposal fees.
The property is to be graded for a new development.
