The City of Calgary requires a qualified consultant team to complete a condition assessment of twenty (20) corporate fuel sites to support effective service delivery. Assessment will include the complete site, regulatory compliance, products, and equipment. The primary outputs will include an accurate assessment of the current state of the fuel delivery equipment and site infrastructure and the recommended maintenance and lifecycle plan required to support those assets going forward. This work strategically aligns with the corporate initiative of developing preventative maintenance plans and optimizing assets.
Based on the recommendations from Phase 1 and upon approval of the budget, the consulting team will move to Phase 2 through 4 for the maintenance and lifecycle work. Phases 2 through 4 for each site or priority maintenance item may be timed separately to allow for continued operations, and timing of funding.
