21-014 - Green Line Board Software

To facilitate Board effectiveness and efficiency, one solution that enables Board members to access, edit and approve Board documents is necessary (Board Sub-Committee meetings as well as other information provided by the GL Program team). 

There is a requirement for document review and annotation, the ability to share confidential information securely and facilitate informal meetings or discussions between board members for each of the three sub-committees.

Also, requires the ability for minutes, messenger, voting and resolution.
