Description

Crescent Heights 3 is located at 330 2nd Ave NE, is a four (4) storey apartment building with 40 Suites. Constructed in 1970, it has a concrete structure with a brick veneer façade. The front entrance is comprised of a wood framed storefront entrance with canopy and curtain wall which is open to all floors. The purpose of this project is to remove and rebuild the front entrance system.
Contractor to provide all labour, supervision, materials, delivery, removal, equipment, insurance, vehicles, fuel, mobilization and de-mobilization, tools, site clean-up, daily disposal of all debris, utilities including Contractor’s overhead expenses and profit margin in order to perform work.
