22-1500 - Maple Ridge Golf Course - Rehabilitation Project

Course irrigation upgrades and hole 13-14 redevelopment at the Maple Ridge Golf Course in Calgary, AB.
This project anticipates two (2) scope items as described below:

Scope 1 – Irrigation Modification and Upgrades

• Complete irrigation satellite controllers and central computer replacement on all golf course holes (excluding holes 13-14). Install dual heads around the greens to align with the satellite upgrade
• Irrigation upgrades around problematic tee boxes
• General irrigation repairs and improvements within the existing irrigation network

• • Expanded hole 13 teeing area to better accommodate the volume and nature of play from drop-shot par-3.
  • New forward (green) tee location at appropriate angle and distance for long par-3.
  • Modified hole 13 green
  • New cart path for hole 13
  • Relocated hole 14 tee including new cart path to accommodate expanded property boundary.
  • Revised hole 14 fairway landing area to receive the new tee shot alignment and add strategic interest. Work in this area to include fairway regrading, new bunkers, and associated hazards.
  • Tree planting along both sides of the playing corridor to provide visual definition and enhance the course aesthetics.
  • New irrigation satellite controllers and installation of dual heads around the greens to align with the satellite upgrades in scope 2.
