21-1701 - Media Planning and Buying Services

The City of Calgary is seeking an experienced service provider for media planning and buying services. Services include the following;

1. 1. professional recommendations, advice and consultation on the most effective channels to meet marketing campaign goals and business unit objectives considering timelines, scope and budget;
   2. booking of advertising space through various media suppliers (i.e. print, broadcast, billboard, digital, social media platforms, sponsorship opportunities, etc.);
   3. trafficking of City creative to appropriate suppliers;
   4. campaign optimization, evaluation, metrics analysis and reporting;
   5. access to and use of research and best practices for recommendations and training opportunities for City Customer Service and Communications staff;
   6. administrative support with invoicing, billing and reporting;
   7. administrative updates and regular check-in meetings (i.e. quarterly and monthly); and
   8. emergency support, as required.
