Description

The City of Calgary (“The City”), on behalf of the Calgary Police Service (“CPS”) is seeking a vendor to supply, install and maintain a friction, drive-through car wash/dryer unit. CPS currently owns a unit that is at the end of its life cycle.

Upon arriving at Police Headquarters, follow the signs to take you to the Fleet Services side of the building. The Fleet area is the back of headquarters facing north and on the west side of the building.
Pull up to the Fleet area security gate and call the number on the sign or 403- 816-9905 to be let into the parking area. Park wherever there are available spaces. You will be greeted by a member of The City to escort you to the meeting area.

Additional Bidding Instructions

Proposals must be submitted electronically using the Merx portal located online at www.calgary.merx.com
The City will not accept proposals sent by email, fax or hard copy.
All Proposals must be submitted on or before the Closing Date and Closing Time. Proposals submitted after the Closing Date and Closing Time will not be accepted.
Proponents may submit their Proposals electronically in Microsoft (MS) Word or Adobe PDF format online on the Merx portal. The electronic copy of a Proponent’s Proposal as submitted online on the Merx portal will be the “Original Copy” of the Proposal.
With reference to the above noted submission requirements, files or folder cannot be larger than 500 MB. There is no limit to the number of files or folders you can upload.
