The City is seeking to pre-select a supplier of a combustion turbine generator (“CTG”) and heat recovery steam generator (“HRSG”) package for the Bonnybrook Wastewater Treatment Plant (“BBWWTP”). The scope of work includes detailed design, engineering, manufacturing, factory testing, and delivery of a new CTG & HRSG system at the BBWWTP. Additional services will include training the Contractor (as defined in Appendix F) in the proper installation of the supplied equipment, supervising the installation, and leading the site testing, start-up, and commissioning of the supplied equipment in coordination with the installing Contractor.
